1. Start with a clean face. Before using the toner pad, cleanse your face with a cleanser to remove any makeup, dirt, or impurities.
2. Retrieve a pad. Take out one facial toner pad from the packaging.

3. Apply the toner pad to your face. Simply swipe the toner-soaked pad across your face, using gentle and upward motions.
Start from the center of your face and move outward.
