5. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
Where the EU distance-selling right of withdrawal applies, notify us within 14 days after receipt and return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. You do not have to give a reason. Refunds include the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery where required, and are made within 14 days of notification; we may withhold the refund until the goods are received or you provide evidence of return. Return postage is your responsibility only where we informed you before purchase and the law permits this.
The hygiene exception applies only to sealed goods genuinely unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery. It does not exclude all cosmetics automatically. Your statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or damaged goods remain unaffected.
Contact us before posting goods to obtain the appropriate return address. The registered office is not automatically a warehouse or returns facility.
